Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards. We will not charge you until the goods are shipped. Details are available through the "Contact" link at the top of the screen.

Shipping And Handling

Most orders will cost £2.75 (exc VAT) for delivery by Royal Mail to mainland UK.

Certain bulky items require special handling. In these cases we suggest shipping by our appointed carrier, which costs £5.99 (exc VAT). They operate from Monday to Friday. If there is any additional charge we will contact you for authorisation before sending.

All orders over £50.00 (goods value) are delivered free of charge within mainland UK. Areas outside our carriers delivery schedule, postage will be charged.

Trade orders under £25.00 (ex carriage and VAT) carry a small order surcharge of £3.50

Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed throughout the day. Delivery is usually made the next working day on fully stocked orders placed before 4.00 GMT Monday to Friday. Otherwise, we hope to get your order to you within five working days. International orders may take slightly longer.

Delivery is free for orders over £50.00 within mainland UK. Areas outside our carriers delivery schedule, which include some post codes beginning with AB, FK, KW, PA, IV, KA postage will be charged. For orders under this value, delivery starts from £2.75 + VAT and is dependent upon the weight of the goods and the delivery time. Trade orders under £25.00 carry a small order charge of £3.50

Back Orders

We will hold your order until we can supply all the items you have asked for. If you would like us to part-send the order please enter this in a field during checkout.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted using Geotrust SSL at 1024 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Ezee-Fix do not disclose buyers information to third parties. You will not recieve any unsolicited based on the data from this site. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.Data collected by this site is used to:

• Take and fulfill customer orders
• Administer and enhance the site and service
• Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
• Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
• Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

Ezee-Fix offer a guarantee of satisfaction. If you are not satisfied you can return the product to us, but we request it returned in its original condition, including the packaging. We do ask that you let us know of any problems before returning the product, and we'll see if there's a solution. We will respond to any request within 4 days. Please also note that we will accept any returns within 7 days, as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging. However, please inform us before returning so we can verify your details. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All incorrectly ordered or unwanted products returned to us will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Remittance Terms

(Trade customers only) The title of goods will not pass to the purchaser until Ezee-Fix Ltd has received the purchase prie of the goods in full. All claims for damages must be made within 3 days. Accounts should be paid by 20th of the month following.
