No wait ordering and information

We offer more than distribution. We also have facilities to answer your queries. But don't worry about any telephone queuing systems, you won't have to wait to speak to someone. We will also answer any product queries received through prodsupport@ezee-fix.co.uk.

Technical help and queries

If you are having any problems finding the right part for a machine, e-mail us at prodsupport@ezee-fix.co.uk and we'll let you know the part number.

Delivery

Orders are sent first class, either by Royal Mail or by courier. Please note that a signature is required on courier deliveries. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail. Certain bulky items need special handling, and will be sent by courier. For further information please see here.

Most orders are despatched the next day. If we cannot supply your part, we will let you know the day after you order (Mon – Fri). You are free to cancel the order at this time - your account will not be debited.

Payment

Our standard terms are payment with order. You can use your credit card safely, or send cheques (please make cheques payable to Ezee-Fix Limited). Please write your cheque card number of the reverse of your cheque. Please do not send cash.

Your account will not be debited until we despatch your order.

We're here to help, so if we're out of stock we'll tell you. We'll give you the opportunity to cancel the order at this time and your account will not be debited.
